Increases in property value and the high prices placed on floor space in offices, shops, and residential uses in recent years make it imperative that businesses and individuals maximize the use of all available space.
Basements are often overlooked, but they represent a valuable addition to your property. Once converted to a dry room, basements are suitable for everything from extra storage room, to offices to living accomodation and many other uses.
Eradicure uses three different categories of waterproofing materials all of which are covered by current British Board of Agrement Certificates.

These are multi coat cementitious renders and screeds modified with chemical additives. The modified mortar is applied by conventional rendering or screeding techniques in several layers. This method is used for waterproofing structures internally.
These are pre mixed cementitious compounds comprising of cement graded aggregates and chemical additives, supplied in powdered form to which water is added. This method can be applied as a slurry by brush, trowel or spray. These coatings can be polymer modified to improve adhesion, elasticity and flexibility.
These are high density polyethylene sheet materials, which are vacuum formed to produce domes which, when the sheet is fixed to the walls and/or floor, create a cavity between the sheet and the substrate. The membrane is supplied in roll form and is physically fixed to the substrate with the appropriate fixings. Any water leaking through the substrate is then diverted through the cavity to preformed drains or sumps. The membrane can then be finished by applying an appropriate plaster system or by dry lining.
